What Quasar is

The Quasar core is a deterministic system: answers are built by algorithms over knowledge from books, dictionaries and manuals, not by statistics. The same question yields the same answer, and the path to it can be traced.

How the project evolves

Work proceeds in open iterations: architecture decisions, experiment results and core updates are published in the project news. The state of each track is visible on the site's home page.
